The Family Lives On Traditions Ball is the annual black-tie gathering of Family Lives On individual and corporate supporters, volunteers, program families and the Board of Directors. The greater Philadelphia community joins together to celebrate Family Lives On and to raise much needed funds for our rapidly expanding Tradition Program. Through many, many volunteer hours and labors of love, this event is our largest fundraising event of the year.
This year's theme is "What Are the Odds?" as we again host the "Olive Toss" contest with Kevin Feeney! Kevin stunned the crowd last year with his lucky "one in a million" toss that went viral on YouTube and ESPN.
Silent and live auctions add to the excitement as attendees try to outbid each other for once in a lifetime adventures, unique experiences and high-end merchandise. A cocktail reception, dinner and live entertainment round out the evening. It’s not unusual to find yourself and your date cutting it up on the dance floor until midnight!
Discounted room rates starting at $129 are available through Friday, October 16th at the Valley Forge Casino Resort. Contact the Resort at (610) 354-8118 and reference the Family Lives On room block.
